Carbōn is a culinary and creative studio based in Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic, specializing in experiential catering, private dining, and bespoke event production.
We create gatherings of all scales, from intimate private dinners and villa dining experiences to weddings, celebrations, and larger events. Our cuisine is rooted in live-fire cooking, combining carefully selected local ingredients with European culinary techniques to create bold, distinctive flavors.
